A1. Your order should arrive in 10-14 business days or less.

Q2. What is your return policy?
A2.  For items damaged during shipment, contact us within 30 days of the day of shipment.  A new item will be processed immediately. 

Non-defective items have a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. They must be in their original packagings.
